With 30 years in sales management, and 20 years in sales leadership consulting across 40+ countries, I know how it feels like to be a sales leader. Field experience and research have enabled me to discern the crucial factors of building a winning sales team.
Mentoring process starts with an introductory phase, where you and I get to know each other and define the goals of the collaboration and the rules of the game. Mentoring lasts 12-18 months and includes a mutually agreed number of discussions. At the end of the mentoring, the results achieved are evaluated.
